Shipping & Cancellation Policy

 

This is the Shipping & Cancellation Policy for Perfect Parfait Holdings LLC starting as of 2/1/2024.

 

Domestic Shipping:

  • FedEx Standard (2-3 business days)

 

Priority Shipping:

  • FedEx Overnight (1 business day)

  • FedEx Two-Day Air (2 business days)

  • Customers must contact Perfect Parfait by phone or email if they want a shipping method other than standard as that is all we offer on the website.

 

Processing Time:

  • Customers can place their yogurt order online anytime, but standard orders only go out on Mondays and Tuesdays. The actual cutoff time for standard yogurt orders to arrive the same week is on Tuesdays, 12 PM CT.

  • Once again, the customer must contact Perfect Parfait if they want a priority shipment any other say. There is an extra fee to be discussed.

  •  Orders are picked up at DOT warehouses via FedEx and delivered to specific customer locations.

  • Yogurt orders can be packed and shipped out between 24-48 business hours.

  • Once the shipment is in transit, the customer is emailed a tracking number and a receipt of payment.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Perfect Parfait does not ship internationally.

  • Perfect Parfait does not deliver to P.O Boxes.

  • Perfect Parfait does not deliver standard to areas that are out of FedEx’s three-day delivery window.

 

Cancellations:

  • An order cannot be cancelled after paid for and shipped.

  • Perfect Parfait asks that you contact them if there is an issue and we can re-ship the amount ordered if the original order was damaged or lost in transit, delayed, etc.

 

Returns:

  • This product is perishable so it cannot be returned as the costs are too high and it would expire on its way back in transit.

  • Perfect Parfait does not accept returns, all sales are final.

  • The customer can contact us if there is an issue with the product received and we can re-ship under the right circumstances.
